Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid enrollments with Distribclouds Digital arranged through invoice or enrollment confirmation. This website does not process payments.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not received downloadable lab packs beyond the orientation packet.

Timeframe for requests

Refund requests must be sent within 30 days of payment for unused seats, or before the cohort start date as described above — whichever is earlier for full eligibility.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the cohort starts but within the first 14 calendar days, and have completed no more than two graded labs, you may receive a 50% partial refund of tuition paid. After that window, tuition is generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees (if any), custom on-site travel arranged for private intensives, and Echo Seat refresh packs marked non-refundable on the invoice are excluded from refunds.

Refund process

Email hello@distribclouds.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.

Cancellation by Distribclouds Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra tuition.

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions for documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service affecting Korea-based learners; decisions are documented in writing.
